For our latest edition, we traded the Paris office for the peaceful greenery of the Paris region. Here’s a look back at these two days of collective energy.

Strategy by the fireside

The core of our offsites is, of course, our roadmap. Between high-intensity brainstorming sessions in the meeting room and more informal discussions by the fireside, we took the time to challenge our vision and refine our upcoming features. These moments are crucial for us: they allow every team member to contribute to the big picture in a way that’s not always possible during the weekly sprint.

More than just a team: A kitchen crew

At Symbiotic, we know that great things are built together—and sometimes, they are built in a kitchen! One of the highlights of this quarter was our hands-on cooking workshop.

Watching the tech team and the product team collaborate on a complex recipe was a perfect metaphor for our daily work: the right ingredients, a bit of timing, and a lot of communication. The result? A delicious meal and a reminder that our greatest strength is our synergy.
